We’re Caroline and Ramsay—a husband-and-wife team who didn’t grow up farming, but fell in love with it the moment we got our hands dirty. Our journey began with a part-time dairy job in southern New Hampshire, where we discovered a deep connection to the land, the animals, and the honest, fulfilling work that comes with raising food the right way.
That spark grew into Cutting Hill Beef Company, now rooted in the hills of central Vermont, where we raise beef cattle, dairy cows, pigs, and chickens with a deep commitment to the land and to raising animals the way nature intended. From fresh eggs and pasture-raised pork to clean, local beef, everything we produce is handled with care, intention, and respect for the natural process.
