Your beef is professionally butchered at a USDA-inspected facility, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and shipped frozen in insulated boxes with dry ice. Orders are sent via UPS or FedEx, and we’ll provide tracking information once your order ships so you know exactly when to expect it!

You can choose to pay in full at checkout or place your order with a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance will be due at the beginning of your scheduled shipping month, and we will send you an invoice for final payment.

Every order includes a variety of steaks, roasts, short ribs, and ground beef—all pasture-raised and free of antibiotics or hormones. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate specifically requested cuts, but each order is carefully packed to ensure a great mix of premium and everyday cuts.

Yes! When you place your order, you’ll select your preferred delivery month. We’ll confirm shipping details at the beginning of that month and send an invoice for any remaining balance before your order ships.
