Create your custom box! Select from an array of roast and steak choices to get the familiar cuts your family enjoys or to experiment with a new one. All our beef is certified organic, offering a wholesome and natural protein source for your family's diet.

Please note, if no options are selected we will fill it with our CHB family favorites! 20 lb boxes will get two of each cut selected.

10 lb box:

• 4 ground beef
• 1 roast or short ribs
• 2 steaks
• 2 premium steaks

20 lb box:

• 8 ground beef
• 2 roast or short ribs
• 4 steaks
• 4 premium steaks
