We offer whole, half, and quarter shares of our pasture raised beef, completely free from hormones and antibiotics. Ordering in bulk is a sustainable and convenient way to nourish your family while reducing your environmental footprint. Not only does it support regenerative farming, but it also means you’ll always have a freezer stocked with the highest quality, ethically raised beef- ready for any meal.

Whole Cow≈ 400lbs of meat

Half Cow≈ 200lbs of meat

Quarter Cow≈ 100lbs of meat

• 25% - Steaks (an assortment of Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Porterhouse, Ribeye, T-Bone, Flank, Flat Iron, Hanger, Sirloin, Skirt, Steak Tips, etc.)
• 30% - Slow cook cuts and roasts (an assortment of Brisket, Chuck Roast, Short Ribs, Tri Tip, etc.)
• 45% - Premium ground beef

To reserve your share, you may choose to pay in full at checkout or place a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Bulk beef orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Due to the nature of small-batch processing, fulfillment can take four to six weeks— but we will keep you updated regularly by email so you always know where your order stands.
