We offer whole and half shares of our heritage pork, and the difference from store bought is truly remarkable. Our pasture raised hogs roam freely and forage naturally, resulting in unbelievably flavorful, juicy pork that you’ll love.

All of our pigs are Animal Welfare Certified by Global Animal Partnership (GAP) and raised without hormones or antibiotics. Ordering in bulk is not only a sustainable choice for your family but also a convenient way to keep your freezer stocked with high quality, ethically raised pork.

Whole Hog≈ 200lbs of meat

Half Hog≈ 100lbs of meat

• ≈10% - Bacon
• ≈15% - Chops (boneless & bone in)
  
• ≈25% - Roasts and hams
• ≈45% - Sausage and ground pork (links/ground, hot Italian, sweet Italian, breakfast, etc.)
• ≈5% - Various other cuts

Shipping Info- you will receive an email after your order has been confirmed giving you information on when your pork will be ready.  The week before your order is fulfilled you will get an email giving you a heads up, once your order ships we will send tracking information so you know exactly when to expect your order.
